India’s Largest Employability Scheme is a Public Private Partnership of TeamLease Skills University, Ministry of Skills, under the National Employability Enhancement Mission of the Ministry of HRD (AICTE), CII, and NSDC. It is aimed at enhancing employability and provide a large scale platform for Trainees to be given an apprenticeship-cum-employability training proficiency or completion certificates on the successful completion of training.

WorkEx is a ready-to-launch diploma program developed and implemented by Schoolguru in association with TeamLease Services, India’s largest HR services organisation. Universities are invited to partner with Schoolguru for the program that can be pursued by the students alongside their degree programs. The program requires no capex and puts no additional work-load on the university’s staff.
